I meant it takes about a month to get used to full body workouts compared to splits. they tax you in a different way.

Yes, I would do that when switching. I wouldn't recommend jumping in with full maxes until you feel comfortable.

I'm going for this basic routine.
It's not complicated and this kind of work outs keeps me motivated. But then like this: Squat 5 x 5 Bech Press 5 x 5 Deadlift 3 x 5 weights ramping up to 1 work set Overhead Press 5 x 5 Last edited by Seppe; 02-22-2011 at 06:08 AM. |
