The Reg Park 5x5 style is documented here in the articles section. I have been using that style of 5x5 for awhile now. Parks advanced work was pretty much all out across the week. I could be wrong about this though.
The HLM day concept is really documented in Bill Starrs work, and in the Casey Butt thread in the bodybuilding section. If you haven't read that thread yet, you owe it to yourself to go read it. |

![]() The food part is interesting. That's about the standard for all the old timers. I actually bought Steve Reeve's book and it sounds exactly the same (although the Steve Reeves workouts were insane - dont think I can try them. 8-9 bodyparts. 2-3 exercise per bodypart and a total of 64 work sets in a session, done thrice a week). |

Thanks. Im already looking at every aspect of reg parks training. Man i read enough bulking, training, and routine articles to be a personal trainer. And I hate reading in school they can't get me to read but when it comes to this stuff I read it all
