Default Bodyweight Squats for Reps

Since Im not nearly as yok3d as most guys on MAB I thought I'd post the ultimate pansy challenge of squatting a weight equal to one's bodyweight for reps.

Here was my 30-rep PR a few weeks ago:

Heh. Not sure I could even do 20! But then, I've never done reps over 8 for compound lifts, that I can recall, and actually, mostly 5 or so...

Might give it a go. I'll have to think about whether it's worth maybe messing with my progress a bit though...

And being able to squat again will help. When you're ready, body.

Haha yea I rarely do these "marathon" sets but every once in a while they are nice ways to push your limits physically and mentally

35 a few years back 90@90. Depth was poor at the the start. Must have been my body making it easy for me. Actually got better as it went on. Think I needed the re-bound by then lol Used a higher bar more mod stance when I did it too.

TBH I just couldn't breath in the end. I doubt I'll do it again
