Tuesday Fenris. I'm going to give it a go and if I win, Josh is going to do lunges. If I lose, I'm going to say I got cramp and can't do lunges!

I was going to do it today, but my back is all jacked to hell from moving this weekend and i have had to take muscle relaxers and crap like that. So it will be tommorow at the soonest. Speaking of jacked back, looks like i already have an excuse for losing horribly to Mike.

225 lbs x 30 reps Tapped my butt on a 14" box every rep. Mentally, I just couldn't go any further. Need to work on that! As I'm sitting here fighting for breath and quads killing me. |
