Today I ran this for the first time. Luckily I did a pretty good job at figuring out the working weights and ramping sets. It felt great!

In reference to the goodmornings with the rounded back, I pretty much found exactly what GL posted in his link. After the powercleans, hi-pulls and shrugs, my lower back was feeling sore and tight. The last lift is the goodmornings, after each set, my back felt looser and looser, by the end of my heavy set, I was gassed and my lower back felt used, but very good.
