To all the guys wondering why your curls aren't making your arms bigger, maybe you should do 30 reps at 160 pounds instead of 10 with the pink dumbbells.

I was just in that gym last saturday for a strongman comp that I was loading at. He signed the 660lb atlas stone. I was told he tried to lap it and almost got it.
