He talks a lot of sense, is great that he makes a big deal about not missing workouts, not enough people do that! an excellent read and am now very tempted to buy his book! |

This might sound sappy, but every time I read it I feel connected and re-grounded to the iron. Though I don't follow his routine, his simplicity is challenging and his passion motivating.

What you described leads to me wanting to workout more days a week. The older I get, the more I enjoy daily time with the iron. I would hit it 6 days a week if I could.
