I thinking stretching is important for recovery. On the other hand, I've tried DC Training for a couple months and received results from the stretching protocol. Presently, I've been experimenting with FST-7 which is all about Fascia Stretching with results as well. I'm a natural lifter, but I make sure that i don't do the 7s for every muscle group. just 1 or 2 a week, depending how i feel. I think that static stretching during the workout and after is beneficial.
