Squat

This felt great, had a little left in the tank but not enough for another rep. Amazing!

Weighted Hyperextensions
plus 25 x 10
70x2x10 really felt this, crazy lower back pump
BW x 10

Step Ups
135x3x 5 reps each leg
No rest really, just one from one leg to the next.

I was really worn out after my squats and did not feel like doing anything really. But I am very happy with my squats today, I think I took my anger out from a bad bench session and focused it into my squats. When I do my big set, I am so focused on getting tight and getting abdominal pressure that the weight feels better than my warm ups and that is just an awesome feeling!
