DB Pullovers
DB Skull Crushers
DB Curls
DB Squats
DB Overhead Presses
DB SLDL
Do those movements(any or all) with a 10sec positive and a 5 sec negative until you reach 4 minutes or temporary failure
then do dumbell swings for 3 sets of 15-50
