BTN over head BB press (seated)-- 95x10/105x8/135x10 with spot on last 2
BO lateral raise-- 35x10x 3 sets
Over head DB press (seated)-- 45x10x 2 sets/ 50x10
Shoulder press machine-- 55kx8/50kx6.....
Shoulders spent, call it a night!!!!
