Steve, it was just muscle soreness in the erector spinae muscle, not a strain or other injury, in the beginning of the intense cycle, but I don't have that anymore.

- I failed the 5th single attempt near the end of the lift. My left elbow tendinitis was very painful during this session and the following one, so I'm glad that I was able to successfully do those first four paused singles. My paused PR is 240, which is also the same as my touch-and-go PR.

- Everything is the same with Impac. Nothing new to report there.
- Rehab has been helping me deal with DOMS, but my elbow tendinitis is still a big factor in the gym, along with raw skin on my left scapula region from the barbell. Plus, my quads are still cramping and spasmodic.
