was stacking the 9th plate a side and my ride had to go...was totally bummed out, coule have totally pressed up to 10 plates a side, i was so full of leg juice and pumped..ah well, next time..with that beinG said, it was a awesome damn session....got some video of the 8 plates x 12 and will get it up on my face book..
again, i am happy my knees are holding up with such great power...taking all that time to do therpy just made my legs and knees strong as hell, however, i woke up today and my ass joint where it connects to the leg hurts...not to sure what thats about
