10 Hill Sprints
I have not ran in a while and my legs were already sore. Very limited rest with these felt good to do some cardio.
Blast Strap work
Mostly core stuff and 2 sets of push ups
Good recovery day, looking forward to getting back in the gym tomorrow. I am really going to take Wendler's advice and only go to the gym 4 days a week, so that I look forward to each workout and can not wait to get back into the gym. So far so good, getting good rest, I really want to crush this competition, and I think I may have found a routine for life!
