Default Gasper's AMS Pump Fixx Journal
I tried Pump Fixx this morning prior to my workout. I took 2 scoops approximately 15 minutes prior training. First came the tingling sensation then came the feeling of being "hyper focused". I pushed some decent weight, the workout duration topped two hours easy and Pump Fixx kept me going strong throughout it all. The taste is a bit rough but with the results it gave it could taste like dog crap and I would use it.
