Tuesday Shoulders and Triceps
Wow, was I sore today, this was not a great workout, but I got the blood flowing and hit some decent numbers. My shoulders were not too sore, it was mostly triceps.Anyways, here it is:
Military Press

I wanted to add weight, but that was just not happening today!
Cable Overhead Tricep Extension

This is a cool machine at the gym, it makes it very hard to cheat. I can really feel it in throughout the entire tricep.
Lateral Raises

This was a struggle, but grinded it out
Grip Machine

Just a little forearm work, it might help something.
Overall still was a good workout, I worked hard and got some work done.
