Front squats: 10*135, 5*225, 5*275, 3*295, 3*315 (PR), 2*5*225
ss with
Seated calf raises: 10*90+BW, 15*135+BW, 12*135+BW, 4*10*135+BW
Deadlifs: 5*225, 3*315, 2*335, 1*355, epic fail at 365 which really pisses me off because I have done this with no problems!!! I have however isolated my issue with deads to my grip... my hands just simply give way to the weight when I fail at a rep. So, I'm gonna continue farmer's walks every lower body session and direct forearm/grip work every upper body.
Abs & Cardio:
Followed each set of abs with a 84' farmer's walk (80 lb DB in each hand)
warmup w/25 incl. situps on 2nd/middle rung, 25 side bends, and 25 ab wheel
16 incl. situps w/25 lbs on 1st/lowest rung, 50 side bends, and 50 ab wheel
16 incl. situps w/25 lbs on 2nd rung, 50 side bends, and 50 ab wheel
16 incl. situps w/25 lbs on 3rd rung, 50 side bends, and 50 ab wheel
10 incl. situps w/25 lbs on 4th/highest rung, 50 side bends, and 50 ab wheel
