I like to think about the philosophy "Go Heavy or Go Home". This is my second blast for DC and it's all about strength for reps. I am constantly using my straps especially for my back workouts especially. I'm consistent with my workouts, and hold them at a high priority.

For my back days i also have t-bar rows, rack pulls, barbell rows, and reverse grip lat pulldowns all which i use straps.
