So I'll be ending the journal this week... It's time for a new story. I've made great progress, and am way stronger now than when I started this back on BB.com. My new goal is fat loss. I estimate I'm at 22%-ish... I'm sick of being what I will call fat, with no real muscular definition. I have a pretty strong core, so I hold my gut in well. I'm not really sucking it in, but when I stand it doesn't really show much and I'm not trying to hide it really. But when I sit, or lean forward there it is. Plus I'd like an overall tighter feel..
So I'll think of some witty title for a new thread. I was planning on starting this week, but I burned my damn hand over the weekend, right in the middle of my palm.. So lifting had to be delayed a week. The blister is gone already, and I'm keeping it covered. Not much pain either, so I'm confident it will be fine by Monday.
I still have to work out the details and starting weights for the next routine... I'm leaning towards a cut with IF on off days, and GVT style training. Also will be running on those off days, AM & PM...
Anyway, this has been fun. But there is always more to achieve..
