Well, to answer your question a few months late...
I met Eric over at the IM forum boards 10 years ago. I have yet to shake the guys hand or split a steak. But when he said to try his PRRS training system, which I think I was somewhat a guinea pig. I saw great results after the first 18 wks. I did 2- 9 weeks cycles of PRRS and was hooked ever since.
Yes, I have competed in WI state shows. I do plan on getting on stage again. I'm aiming for the fall of 2011. I have some serious ab work to do!
