No need to bump the weight up too quickly...I have Titan using a specific form/tempo on these. Far more effective than bumping it up to 405 and throwing the weight around. My clients move methodically through my programs, keeping a log book and beating it each and every week. I require a specific form in all movements. But hell, what do I know?
