I tried GVT once before, but under estimated the strain of 100 reps in little time... This time, I will use lower than before, even though I know I'm stronger now than I was then. I'll add 2.5-5 Lbs each week, to keep some progression, however light or small.
I figure that to keep muscles active, running to improve overall CV health, and about 2000 cals daily to get some weight off...
Supps I know so far will be BioForge PM, USP Super Cissus, Beta Alanine, Creatine, and Protein. And a Multi-Vitamin and Fish Oil... Was thinking of adding in some Lean Xtreme, but I only have 3/4 of a bottle.. Yeah, I'll toss in 2 a day of that as well.. Need to make room on the supp shelf for new arrivals...
Anyway, I ****ing hate Hurricane Earl. It's making go camping a day later..so minus one day to smashed and have dangerously sized bonfires...
