Havent been logging for a while but its always nice to get some feedback and keeping track of your own progress
In short:
I pretty much still suck at lifting weights. Still need to learn a lot along with that I need to get much stronger. Been injured and still recovering right now (broken patella). But that wont hold me back.
I'm training for strength but a nice physique is always welcome!
