short and intense- kept rest periods pretty damn short
Bench- 135x7is, 165x3, 185x3, 3, 3, 4, 2, 195x2, 205x1, 210x1, 185x2missed the 3rd
this all felt amazing... however i think the 185x4 and the 210x1 were a bit too high sets/weight for this volume if that makes sense... they wore me out to much to finish strong
Front Squats- 45x?, 135x5, 175x3, 185x2, 2, 195x2, 205x1,1,1, 215x2, 1, 205x1, 1, 1, 1
these felt terrible and then on the 215x2 some douche from my school was looking and i felt motivated on that set. after that set i realized i was selling myself short and i finished strong
went to do neutral grip hanging arm raises and then i aggrivated my elbow, my elbows been bothering me lately
tomorrow i think i will do speed deadlifts, speed Military Press, Abs and something else... if i go to the gym to do it, i'll do lat pull downs
