Some Weighted Ab machine sets... abs were dead from heavy work + ab wheel yesterday
GREAT WORKOUT... my friends going to look into C&P/ what i'm doing. either way we'll keep lifting together and just do what we can togetger
i really need to focus on shortening my rest periods... no more talking so much between sets
