--Overhead Press
--Yates Rows
--Romanian Deadlifts
--Upright Rows (?)
--T-Bars (?)
--Incline Press (?)
--Closegrip bench (?)
--Curl exercise
--ab exercise
...I have some honey-dos...thinking more on this later
