Just my second day of "training," and already I'm doing retro enteries.

Saturday, 8/7/10

Cals:2,471
Carbs:348
Fat:68
Protein:120

Training:

Not much today, I did about 10 minutes of dynamic stretching for my legs, followed by about 5 minutes of static stretching. Tried to do some shoulder rotations, but my right shoulder is still so jimmied up. I think I'll need some PT sessions. I toyed with the notion of hitting the "Y" for some treadmill time, but I didn't want to push my luck.

Trumpet:

15 minutes. Nice and easy. Stretched my range to just over an octave. Not going to push anything. Basically I survived one entire warmup exercise. Back in college, a good warmup session for the day lasted about 45 minutes. I'll go for a bit more on Sunday.
