Default How to Deadlift Intructional Thread

I have compiled a few videos which I am going to construct an in depth FAQ on how to Deadlift, and figure out a way to make them exclusively for MuscleandBrawn.com, However I will do quick videos that I will distribute on Youtube to promote this forum, thread and site, and put the in depth stuff in here.

First I will cover the basics on setup and how a Conventional deadlift should look like and how it shouldn't and in time I will progress from there, covering different types of deadlifts, such as Sumo,Stiff Legged, Romanian and so forth. As well as how to set up bands and chains,etc.. in due time.

I already have one video completed, as soon as I load it to youtube I will link it here. BTB if you can sticky this thread for me it would be much appreciated.

I ask that if any one has any questions or comments respond to it in this thread : http://muscleandbrawn.com/forums/beg...-comments.html

In order to keep this specific thread easy to consult and gather information. Feel free to add any instructional videos, or reading material on the deadlift already out there that you may find helpful.
