10/13/2009: Shoulders and Biceps

Workout Grade: A-
Tried a couple new shoulder exercises today, and a new biceps exercise. The barbell Arnold press was tricky, but effective. Palms forward side laterals took some of the "bad" pressure off the shoulder, but the jury's still out on this movement. I hate laterals, but with that said, am still open to trying new things. The seated barbell curls were very effective. I like these, and will rotate them into my bicep days in the future.
