I like the idea of full body routines, but I also like the idea of varying the exercises and or intensity level just to keep sanity.
I've never tried a full body workout using balls to the walls weights 3 days a week. But I've been curious, that's for sure.
My big concern with full body workouts has been their long term impact on joints. The question I can't answer is this...is workout all the joints three times a week a good idea?
Maybe it's time for me to find out.
