Alright, if you have been following my log, you know that I couldn't find time to go to the gym with my busy schedule. Well I am proud to say this is
not a problem anymore. I bought a weight set (bench, barbell, ez bar curl, and weights, still deciding if I want a power rack because my brother built a box for squats and its about 14" tall) It feels great to be back at it and can do it on my own time! Let's get this new log going and let's make some progress!
My workout plan for those who don't know:
A
Squat 3x5
Bench 3x5
Barbell Row 3x5
Upright Row 3x5
Barbell Curl 2x8
B
Deadlift 3x5
Military Press 3x5 (Have to do seated because I hit the ceiling almost)
Close-Grip Bench Press 3x5 (may do a some tricep extensions also)
Barbell Curl 2x8 (since I can't do chin ups, may buy that pull up thing for the door though)
July 27th
Squat

Bench
115x3x5
Upright Row
65x3x5
Barbell Row
65x3x5
Barbell Curl
45x2x8
I plan to workout when I get home, so will update in a little bit, because I have to run somewhere real fast.
