I agree with you swede, I find it very difficult to get enough calories in the summer time. i do some work outside in the heat and those days just ruin my calorie intake.

I try to combat this by eating a lot at night time once I am cooled down and then my hunger usually hits me. My workouts do not change much since my gym is air conditioned and pretty cold for the older people
