I have been using 2 scoops and that works great for me, and this container seems to be lasting a long time.
I have had mine since may 30th, and it is still at least one quarter full. I also use it 6 times a week for most weeks. I usually go through a container of preworkout at least 1 tub a month but this is lasting pretty long.
