I'll tell you guys what. I'm sore, but I love this! It's insane, and I think that's why. I know it's going to get easier.
I feel like my legs are going to explode. I just have a feeling that if I keep it up, not only will I get strogner, but my quads will also grow.
I also get the feeling that I could cut back on volume a bit and it would still kick a$$. But I'm not going to.
