Okay first off: I do not WANT to take a week off.
However, I'm in the middle of a moving process, and I won't be able to have access to a gym for a week, which is kind of making me anxious, seeing as I just started to get things rolling with Madcows.
So...how bad would it be to take that week off? I could do super light stuff, but it would be mostly circuit-style/conditioning work, since I won't have any big weights or anything.
Thoughts?
