I tried and failed my new PR of 175kg in deadlift. Three attempts and everytime the outcome was identical. I got the bar above kneeheight surprisingly easily but then just couldnt straighten my back up. What is the problem? Could it be technical or is there some weak parts that should get strengthen and if there are, what are those and how can I strengthen them. My spotter told that beginning of the lift is so good that I could lift 185-190kg so this is really frustrating!
