18 minutes LISS cardio on the elliptical. Overall this was a great workout considering it was a Sat morning. This is easily the most challenging leg workout I have ever been through. The set of 20 was brutal! My best workouts are normally in the afternoon or the evenings when I've had about 2/3 of the days calories. I was pretty pleased with hitting 455 for 6 and then 340 for 20 which is a PR. I filmed the 455 set so I'll be getting that up on here ASAP.
