Round #1 in Circuit Fashion
1) Mace Bell 20lbs - 5 sets @ 20 rotations to the Left and 20 to the right
2) Standard Push Ups- 5 x 20 fast
3) Standard Sit Ups- 5 x 30 Fast
Round #2 in Circuit Fashion
1) Bench Press- 135 x 12x/x12/x12
2) Front Squat- 135 x 5/x5/x6
3) Ab Wheel- 3 x 10
Round #3
1) Kettle Bell Swings- 40lb Kettle@ 3 x 15
2) Hindu Push Ups ( Or known as dive Bombers to some) -3 x10/x8/x9
3) Roman Chairs - 3 x 50
I would like to mention that Hindu push up or dive bombers are ****ken brutal. BRUTAL when used in conjunction with circuit work out, This work out is like a Push up and dip all in one and make you feel it, I am glad this is now in the work out. I did them with body weight and that sucked, I can't wait to try them with a weight vest.
