My official food for yesterday was
1) Woke up - 36 gram protein Shake + 2 egg white and 1 whole Egg( Total 12 grams of protein)+ 1 large water with 1,000MG vitamin c mix before I worked out
2) Worked Out
3) 1 Can of Tuna( 11 Grams Of Protein), 1 chicken breast( 20 Grams of Protein), 1 cup brown rice, 1 large water with 1,000mg vitamin c mix
4) Protein Shake - 36 grams
5) 1 Random Chicken Breast at GF house( 20 Grams Of Protein) + 2 slices of Turket breast Deli meat Wrapped around a slice of Cheese ( 5 G of Protein Each Slice)
6) 1 Baked potato Dry, 1 Small Steak( 32 Grams Protein), 1 Small Chicken Breast(20 Grams Protein), 1 salad with cherry tomatoes, All spinach, Mushrooms, Garbonzo beans and red wine and oil for dressing
Just with the meats alone I hit 197grams of protein. I am 185lbs, I seem to have forgotten my target number of how many grams of protein a day I am supposed to eat. Ughhh
