Cardio and AB's
Fifth day was Cardio and AB's. Knocked out 45 minutes of cardio and a couple hours later took 2 scoops and got down with some ab work. Nice ab pumpage and I was just all out focused on killing them bad boys. The more I see them shining through the more I just want to punish them.
Dosing: 2 scoops roughly 30 minutes pre workout
Taste- 9/10: Tastes really good.
Mixability- 10/10: No problems at all, this stuff is so smooth you could mix it with a spoon. No chunks, no floaties, clumps etc....
Effectiveness 9/10: Insane ab pumps, not painfull but felt like they were going to just pop out of my stomach!
