- I intended to do three sets of eight reps, but my lower back was fatigued after the 2nd set, probably because the squats (before the GMs) were relatively heavy (87.5% of 400, my best squat at my current bw of 165).
Leg Press: sled+450x6,6,6
Kettlebell Snatch: 50x20 (10 with each hand)
- max reps in 10 minutes, alternating hands after each rep
- This was was more difficult than doing the reps consecutively per hand, most likely due to less inertia.
Standing Calf Raise: 355x15,14,13
