Thanks BTB...I'm quietly hoping after the rest and a little deload warm up I can put up 4, maybe 5 new PRs... Looking to max out on Flat Press, OH Press, Squat, and possibly Deadlift if I can work a better grip. I know I have the 300 in me, maybe a bit more. Once I get back into a gym enviroment, I'll have other people around to help with spotting if I need it...but for now, it's all me solo..
