Here is the deal, I received my ALPHA tub of our new PWO supp this weekend... I’m gona log workouts and thoughts here and in my normal log that way it can be tracked in two different spots plus my workout log won’t get stagnate...
I can’t give out any inside info as of now on the ingredients, but I can tell ya it does contain some Nitric Oxide, Creatine, and some focus enhancing qualities. It is a 4:1:1 blend, And will contain some BCAAs also. Serving size is 1 scoop and there are 45 servings per tub.
