Close-grip bench press and dips.
This week I did my cgbp off of a foam roller and I really liked how that felt. More of that to come.
I used to be a big fan of skullcrushers, but my elbows took a beating from them. I finally feel good after laying off of them for several months and I don't see myself doing them in the near future.
However, if you can do skullcrushers and not **** yourself up, they are a great mass developer.
