First off I wanna thank Rucker and Primordial Performance for the opportunity to try this out!

Maximum Absorbed Protein - Tropical Mango

Impressions:

Dosing: 1 scoop roughly 30 minutes pre workout and 1 scoop roughly 30 minutes post workout.

Taste- 9/10: Tastes OK. I really hate when you purchase some protein and it just taste like utter crap! The taste at first was great, then it kinda was tart. I was mixing the MAP with room temperature water, threw in a few ice cubes and damn did it change dramatically! A lot smoother and not so tart.

Mixability- 10/10: No problems at all, this stuff is so smooth you could mix it with a spoon. No chunks, clumps etc....

Effectiveness 9/10: I've been pushing myself harder and harder to get ready for my upcoming show, I should have definitely had some major DOMS but not so much. Can't say I wasn't sore but seemed to be much less than what it should have been.

Ripp's Grade: A

Side Note: Not exactly sure how this stacks up to regular protein as far as grams or protein being absorbed, but I liked the product in itself and it seemed to do what it was supposed to do.
