Squat day today, goal was 10 sets in different reprange and weight but could only perform 6 sets with proper form, great deal of pain in my lower back and traps was sore too so had to put the bar down. Did some GM's too, bent legs felt good first time i perform them.
w/o looked like this;
a2g squats 135x12, 225x8, 225x8, 225x8, 225x8, 255x5 (backpain kicked in)
GM's 10xbar, 10x90,10x135,8x135
Leg extensions 4x10x225lbs
Leg press 2x10x600lbs
Seated calve presses 5x30x135lbs
Short w/o today, will probably do some armwork n OH Push saturday or rest til monday well se.
