I've been horrible with my diet as of late.. I always thought I was eating enough, but with such low carbs I was lucky to top 2500.. That's not going to do much for gains...
The only thing holding me back from 5/3/1 is I know it works best when done over time, versus just a few months...I can cut for 6-8 weeks hardcore, with good diet, full body 3x a week, and running, and that should help lean me out, at least somewhat.. Then possibly start 5/3/1 at Summers end to run through the Winter..
