I had a monster metabolism when I was younger. My body type was small-boned, skinny-fat...and weak. I weighed 150 to 160 with very little muscle.
If I would have stuck to a traditional bodybuilding diet I would have to had to eat wild rice like it was going out of style.
If you are young, a hardgainer and have a fast metabolism, just eat. If you want to eat nothing but wild rice all day, have at it! I grew on cheesecake, milk and burritos. And in between I ate eggs, ramen, and mac and cheese with tuna.
That's really about it.
