Deads:

Walking Lunges:
135 for three times
Leg press:
6plates/sidex20 for three sets
Calve Raise
30 reps for 3 sets
Superset leg ext. and leg curls:
dont remember the weights but i did 12 each set for each lift...did it three sets
legs are going to kill tomorrow...prob wont be able to go numero 2
