Don't know that it matters. Do what's best. I may even start lowering the bar to my chin, just to get some numbers moving.

I kind of feel the same way...I like to just barely get to my chest and make contact on bench, then explode up. For Mil Press, if the bar doesn't get past my chin, I don't count that rep unless I'm doing super heavy weights..
